"Boys Night Out" has become a monthly tradition with me and my boys. We've been to auto shows, movies, sports events, and car races, but one of the boys' favorite things is camping outside overnight. I've learned that you don't have to get out of town to do this either...instead you can just campout in the backyard. Last night we camped out in a friend's backyard with four other dads and their sons. What fun memories together.A sign that my 7 year old son is growing is that he ate 8 blueberry pancakes in the morning - and he wanted more!
I love being a dad. I want our kids to not just remember family vacations, but our routine family times each month.
