how can i pray for you?

Mark, one of my mentors when I was a rookie in ministry, modeled to me the value of a simple question: “How can I pray for you?” Even today, I can’t have a conversation with Mark without his asking me this question. Inevitably, the question leads to both of us sharing with each other and praying together. Just asking this question moves friendship to fellowship.

What opportunties for ministry could we have if we more often asked: "How can I pray for you?"
